HR Committee

HR CommitteeThis cross-sectoral committee is dedicated to the introduction of the contemporary human resource system in Serbia, stretching its portfolio from managing to educational aspects of the HR policies. Mission of the Committee is twofold: to work on proposals for removing obstacles faced by investors in HR area and to make suggestions on how to enhance the quality of the human resources in the country.

Active since the establishment of FIC in 2002, HR Committee has around 60 members.

Main priorities defined in Human Resources Committee Programme 2020-2021 are:

  • Improvement of the Labour Law and further development of the employment-related framework
  • Digitalization and simplification in the employment relations of various procedures, records, data privacy, etc.
  • Abuse of sick leave prevention
  • Improvement of the Law on Agency Employment
  • Regulations concerning safe and healthy work, especially in relation to COVID-19
  • Exchanging experiences and sharing best practises

Partners for achieving these goals include Ministry of Labour, Ministry of State Administration, Ministry of Justice, Prime Minister Cabinet, Ministry of Health, etc.
