Kjell-Morten Johnsen

Mr. Kjell-Morten Johnsen is a Head of Telenor d.o.o. and Senior Vice President of Telenor Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Johnsen is also a Member of the Board of Directors of VimpelCom.
Until February 2008, Mr. Johnsen was a Member of the Board of Directors of Golden Telecom and also a Chairman of the Executive Committee of Golden Telecom. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Johnsen performed as a Vice President of Telenor Networks, responsible for Telenor's fixed line activities in Russia and the CIS.
Before joining Telenor in 2000, Mr. Johnsen worked for the Norwegian group Norsk Hydro where he held executive positions both as a Country Manager in the Ukraine and as a manager at the regional headquarters for the CIS, Africa and Latin America, based in Paris, as well as for Scandsea International AB.
Mr. Johnsen holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
