Mr. Antonio Cesare Ferrara began his career in 1983 at Alfa Romeo's Pomigliano plant, where he remained until 1994. Over the years, from 1994 to 2011, he covered roles of increasing responsibility at Fiat Auto, managing the plants in Melfi, Mirafiori and Cassino, being the CEO of ITCA (Fiat sub-part subsidiary), industrial coordinator in Maserati plant and, before moving to Serbia, holding the position of Cassino plant manager.
In July 2011, Mr. Ferrara became the chairman of the board and the CEO of FIAT AUTOMOBILI SRBIJA d.o.o. adding to it also the title of manufacturing manager of Cassino plant. Mr. Ferrara has a certificate of junior auditor of WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
Mr. Ferrara holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management from the Università di Napoli.
